Due to the Coronavirus emergency situation we are now offering telemedicine visits to anyone in the state of Oregon. Telemedicine visits include a video chat via a desktop, laptop, or mobile device with a Board Certified Family Physician. Our physicians can help assess your symptoms and advise you on whether or not to obtain testing for the virus, and how to take care of yourself. They can also help determine if you need care at the emergency room.
Click the "Telemedicine Patient Enrollment" link to become a telemedicine patient. You will be asked a series of health history questions as well as your basic information like address and phone number. If you don't know the answers to some of these questions, you can skip them by clicking "next." You will be asked to click that you agree with the "Terms of Service." Payment information will be collected in the form of a debit or credit card at the end. You should receive a confirmation email. We will then contact you to schedule, or just reply with your preferred appointment time.
Appointments will be scheduled from 8:30-5:00 Pacific Time Monday-Friday.
If you have a desktop or laptop with Chrome or Firefox browsers, we will be able to invite you to a video chat via an email link.
Download the Skype app and let us know your username. We can chat by Skype on your phone.
If none of the video options are available to you, we will simply call you at the time of your appointment.
Your $49 fee will be processed just prior to your appointment time.
NO INSURANCE WILL BE BILLED. This is a service provided for direct payment only and no insurance can be billed for the service including Medicare or OHP.
IF YOU NEED TESTING: Tests may be available through our office in a drive-up setting, and the lab can bill insurance for this test. If you are uninsured, the charge is $95 and will be billed to you by Quest lab. Testing is available only while supplies last and only by appointment at this time.
